Whilst in Armadillo I encountered someone shooting NPC's.
Her name was: JMK27

Then when I went to Blackwater someone there was being chased by NPC Lawmen. The reason is unknown. His name was: LordWheelan

Then in the same place someone was shooting other players and NPC's.
His name was: garret01
