WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE!!

I was nearly in the free roam and got spawned in Amorillo when i heard women scream and men run away. I went to see what the problem was, as i saw a player, killing prostitutes who stood on the balcony of the saloon. I tried to stop the player from doing more harm to these people, as due bad internet connection i got disconnected from the free roam, failing to finish my mission. But i did remeber his name:
PSN: irongear333 or Irongear333 (not 100% sure)
discription of this criminal: He was wearing an American army suit/skin
age: between 45 and 55
facial features: he has a gray beard
Specifications: very armed and extremely dangrous. Shoots at anything that moves within his range.
His favorite weapon: Dynamite
