How do we know when to "serve justice"?

Ghost Marshal should explain once he creates an account tonight. I have been acting under the assumption that we kill players spawn killing innocents or civilians, and Public enemies are shoot on sight.

I'm assuming that we'll definitely hunt down "Most Wanted" players on any realm. That'll be the basic tell tale sign. Otherwise, I would suggest that we also hunt down players who join sessions and start killing other players without provocation or who excessively kill their opponents without racking up a bounty or a "Most Wanted" warning.

Other suggestions may include protecting certain areas of the map. For instance, the West Elizabeth province is a nice area to protect and run people out of if they enter it to hunt bears, buffalo or other animals. Blackwater would be the base of operations. Of course, New Austin is bigger and harder to keep people out of due to gang hideouts, but we could base out of Armadillo and simply protect the town from intruders. Just some ideas.

Otherwise we would be clearing gang hideouts and participating in Gang matches to hone our skills as lawmen. I suggest doing the Hardcore and Veteran to help us all with our aim. I've been playing Hardcores and it's quite fun on expert aim.

I agree with mostly doing Gang hideouts and shootouts to test our skill. I can't stand people who kill for no reason we should take down those people and force them to leave by voting them out. I also think we should all use Marshal characters, to keep the theme going. I just got a headset too Very Happy

I have a headpiece on order and expect it any day now.

I completely forgot about the vote system. I agree, if we can't make them leave the server by hunting them down, voting them out is definitely a good option.

I also have been using a Lawmen character.

I have been using Cattle Rustlers lol I just like how they look like cowboys. But I will use Lawmen soon I can't get on due to PSN doing maintenance.

Awesome ideas. I already have a mic so when ever you guys are ready to hunts these criminals down you should post days to meet up.

Had an awesome run with Captiosus this evening. Must have taken down nearly 5 public enemies and cleared a few servers of various crimes. We did however run into these two spawnkillers who kept killing low levels in Armadillo. We must have fought them for 40 minutes before they finally left.

They were a stubborn pair. One of them couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. The only way he killed me was by running up on me with his zebra donkey and using the Mauser pistol in close range. At medium and long range, I could stand out in the open and just hear his shots go by me.

So, naturally, he just kept running circles and killing me as I spawned. Rolling Eyes

Yeah, it is quite tough to take down spawn campers. But eventually you will prevail and can return the favour for extremely undesirable opponents.

Here's what I'm thinking, We Will Serve Justice When:
1. A player is a public Enemy/Most Wanted
2. A player is cooperating with the most wanted player
3. A player Spawnkills
4. A player randomly kills innocents without provocation

And I was thinking we should allow the player(s) who are being spawnkilled to join our posse in game until the spawnkiller leaves. Also post any other ideas for when we should serve Justice.
Btw. I WAS level 43 but I saw how awesome the Marshal skins were so I did the process of obtaining one I ended up going with the Marshal who has a beard but I wanted the one all in black with th Wyatt Earp mustache. I did this on Monday so I'm a low level but fear not for I will hopefully reach 30 before the end of this week.

I don't understand these Marshal skins? Is there something you have to do to get them on the PS3 or just unlock them with lvl's?

It's a secret skin which is obtained randomly when starting a new Multiplayer so what you have to do is delete your multiplayer save file start a new multiplayer save and each time you do this you get a random character to play as it could be a miner or lawman or American army or even a Marshal you have to keep repeating this process over and over until you get a Marshal skin of your liking.
